Holden Opel Vauxhall Astra Twintop Roof Flap Cog Set with Lube

These are more commonly referred to as the parcel shelf flap motors.
Part numbers are usually 93188313 , 9318314 ,132979951 & 13297952
Your roof will not open or close as a result of a failure to one or both of the nylon cogs within either the left or right flap motor body.
This is a common failure and only complete roof flap motor units are available from Vauxhall. These units will still use the nylon cogs so future failure is certain.
We can now offer a set of two ( 1 for each side) ,replacement Brass CNC machined roof motor cogs for all models of Astra TwinTops that will not fail again.
These units have been fitted to thousands of TwinTops around the world and are considered by many to be the best available.
They are a simple DIY fit and can be fitted in under 30 minutes.
The set now includes FREE Lithium grease sachets, one for each side.
